  10 percent discount based on 4 person rates, full week only.

  Please note:  For each additional person, add $60/week	$15/day

  Rates are based on cash or check payment. Credit card payments will 
  have a service charge added to the bill.

* Mid-week Special: 20% discount on combination cabin & boat rentals for any

3 days Monday through Thurday reservations between May 17 - June 15 & Aug. 20 - Sep. 30

 Large Lakeside 4 bedroom home, lots of glass for lake views - very large kitchen and
 dining area - microwave & dishwasher.  Living room with cable TV, DVD & VCR. Family
 room with TV, fireplace & sleeper.  4 bedrooms 1 king - br with 2 full - 2 br's with 2 twins 
 2 bathrooms and laundry facilities.  Fully equipped with all the amenities: Lakeside deck                               
 with 2 tables for outside dining - Gas Grill - Lawn Furniture - Stone Campfire Ring.
 
 Perfect setting for a large family or group of friends. 

  $1,825 per week, based on 8 person occupancy.  

 Accommodates up to 12 - extra person rate applies after eight.


  Additional Information:				

  A $250 deposit per week, per cabin is required with all Cabin reservations (The Crossings requires a $600 deposit).  
  On multiple week reservations, a deposit is required for each week.

  Cribs and highchairs can be provided for your convenience with notice.

  Minimum of 3 days reservation required.  Full weeks only June 16 - August 17.

  Day visitors of cabin guest must register at lodge and may be charged $5 daily for use of resort facilities.

  Rates are subject to Minnesota 6.5% sales tax and 3% lodging tax.

  Friendly pets under 25 pounds are welcome!

  Due to the high cost of equipment, guests are responsible for lost or damaged equipment and will be billed for repair or replacement costs.

  Launching and docking facilities available to registered guests.  Boats over 400 lbs. should reserve a boat lift.

 Agency Bay will provide you with 1st class dock service and can accommodate all of your Bait or Fuel needs.
